Funny but racing is pretty universal.

I have gone to a few F1 races in various countries and you find "foreign speaking nuts" everywhere.

When we were at the Hungaroring, there were tons of drunk Sweds and Germans that would rival our Nascar hillbillies. Fun people but similiar to Richard's (Motion's) story.
Only difference in Europe is that they use tents and tiny RVs instead of the huge RV we can build here in the good old U S of A. People outside the general admission area seemed pretty normal........ ;-)

Other F1 races like Italy, Canada, and Japan have been much more pleasant.
