A friend of mine campaigns a bone-stock Dodge Colt. The only modification is the roll cage, which is required in SCCA racing. This guy has been racing and instructing for several decades. Anyway, this (probably 80 hp) Dodge Colt clobbers Mustangs, Camaros and Vettes, at this fellow's skilful hands.

Also, didn't McQueen drive a 917 in the LeMans race.....as part of the filming of that movie? If so, then he should be credited with something in the 700 to 800 hp region, or more.
