Well here's my analysis.

It would have been a lot better had I cut in around the windows and doors first. The pad makes a terrible mess because it releases so much paint.

The roller releases a LOT of paint. I couldn't keep up at 1. I would cut it on and off to keep from globbing up the wall.

The machine won't help me move the furniture or lay more drop cloths...I'll have to finish this tomorrow.

The cat doesn't like paint on his tail, but won't let me clean it off.

All in all, I noticed some time savings. I think next time I use it I can do the prep work and really save some time. I still need to do the ceiling...usually do that first...so this should really help that part along nicely.
