I live in an 800 sq ft cottage. No garage, unfinished DIRT basement. I was offered $250K because of the pond in the back, If I had somewhere else to go I'd be gone!
Actually for tax purposes the land is $200 the house is $50. I bought it for $47
But since I'm going to die here none of it matters.
The next time I move I'M the only thing going into a box!
