Why? What if what you sent him was exactly as described, in perfect condition, etc. etc. etc. but he complains anyways? As a seller, I'm not going to give the transaction a positive feedback until I know the transaction has ENDED positively.
As a buyer, I post the day I receive the goods. I only have around 75 transactions, a bit more buying than selling, but every single one has been 100% positive. As a buyer, the goods have always been at least as good or better than expected. As a seller, I always understate the item, and disclose everything, so everyone's been happy.

it's best not to leave feedback until the buyer has done so first.
