It as well really pisses me off when someone plays games like this but the world has changed and I want to protect my 100% positive feedback. Believe me, after around 700 transactions on Ebay, its not been easy all the time.

When you say its not been easy, I would guess you are compromising? I was so bent on keeping it that I would let late payments and questionable accuracy slide just so I wouldn't get a retaliation. Finally, I had someone totally shaft me:Won an auction, disappeared for a month. Had no choice not to leave the feedback after they threatened they would do the same if I did. Too many games with the feedback in my opinion. I can't see someone with a few hundred feedbacks and 100% that hasn't compromised their judgment to some sort.
