Right now my eldest daughter is going on a "Here's Lucy" kick (the second color series). She was also into the earlier "I love Lucy" and "The Lucy Show" for a while. In many respects they are so much better then a lot of the standard formula comedies of today, even though they were still formulized. "It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World" is also classic, except lots of people today don't even remember how great of a collection of comics the cast was. Jack Benny was classic!
As far as kid's comedies -- "Kim Possible" and "Hanna Montana" are actually surprisingly good.
My wife and I almost never watch any of the adult current adult comedies. Most of them just seem pretty stupid and predictable, if not just plain crass.
