Too little, too late.
These people are paracites who have no inclination to work hard to support themselves, but rather seem to work very hard at getting the rest of the country to support them. i say they need to learn to work or do without.
If someone makes an effort, I'll support them. If they want to do nothing, I say let them do nothing but starve.
