Tabbydoll, I've stated it here...I don't want another P-car. Hey, once you've had the best, why go for less? (a bit of tongue in cheek here guys, let's not start a which model is best debate)

Life isn't all about cars. Once garage space opens up, we may buy another driver, or we may not. Our basic vehicle needs are well cared for as it is.

Milt said it well...the Porsche community, from the factory on down to the one club, PCA, was "family" back in the day. Back in the day before PCA passed the 10,000 members mark. Back before there was even a 356 registry. Today it's not such a pleasant clubs scene. "you can't go home again".

I'm getting tired of the hassles of maintaining the car, being 80-100 miles from a good shop, having to mail order all the maintenance supplies, and strange as it sounds, very tired of the attention the car gets from strangers when I go for a drive.

Tabby, as I've stated many times...owning the car was NEVER about money with me. You probably have trouble understanding that because your life seems centered around "stuff". Mine isn't.

So...I seriously answered your trolling. Make all the boorish fun you like.

Sorry Jim...no Cayman S...I'm waiting for that hot 4 door sedan to come out. Perhaps it and a Cayenne would make the perfect duo to attend today's Porsche functions in? I'll order both in Black.
