Seems like to be a favorite politico of the religious right these days, you have to be a serial divorcer and the more extra-marital affairs the better.
I think Guliani and Newt are tied in divorces (2 each). Guiliani may have the edge in affairs (since his were so public) but then again maybe a secret affair scores higher (which would favor Newt).
You also have to be a hypocrite, it seems. Newt offers some good old-fashioned hypocrisy, Guiliani tries to substitute flip-flopping. I think Newt has the edge here, but Guiliani has plenty more flip-flopping in him.
Anyway, it is going to be a real horse race between these two shining examples of marital fidelity and other conservative Christian values [ha!].
Pity poor McCain, with only one divorce, and Romney, with none. Maybe they can catch up - I'd advise them to start divorce proceedings now. \
