Just some info for you for what its worth.

My knee popped one day when I squatted while waxing my car. I could barely walk on it.

I went to the knee doc, he did an X-ray, nothing. He did an MRI, nothing. Upon my insistance he went in and scoped it and found my miniscus was ripped and folded over. He was shocked.

While squatting down did not injure my knee it inflamed the injury I guess I was ignoring.

I hope you have good insurance, my little knee ordeal ran in the neighborhood of $15K.
