Would start at $30k and go up from there.
If you are serious email me and can get you with people who know what the car is worth within a few $100...
Big things are, if the car has only 5000 miles on it then if you are going to drive it then its going to leak, everywhere. I am in the middle of restoring my 1969 model. Finally bit the bullet and pulled the entire braking system, engine, tranny, all the heating/cooling and so on and overhauled the whole system.
It had been sitting for around 20 years and while it ran well, it leaked all over the place and I would never had trusted the brakes.
Good news is that all the parts are available for the older Jags. What part of the country are you/the car located?
