The car is indeed gorgeous (thanks guys) - but it's getting me down not having the time to use it.
I can't really drive it during the week - this morning both Mike and I got stuck in several inexplicable traffic snarls on our way into work from our little "nirvana"...the ol' girl fouled a plug and all I could think of was the lightweight clutch being NLA as I was on and off it 1000 times or more
.
I kept carving my way to the front row off the lights - so I could take her to redline just to keep her healthy...at least the traffic around me was well behaved; no-one trying to slide up her butt just to check out the badges to work out what it is (this is the usual scenario - I drive with one eye firmly on the rear view mirror).
But Z-man; you're right - the little pleasures are priceless...like this great big hug from my 14yo Tom who loves his Mum soooo much (but I'll bet I love him more
!).
Yikes - I look like crap - I really have to slow down a bit!
