too funny. Actually, there's another part I neglected to add. My neighbour, an 80-something widow that I've been friendly with for years came over to borrow some worcheshire (you spell that one!) sauce right after I got home from the "jag-house".
She's a real busy-body, knows everything and everyone in the neighborhood, been here since the place was built in the early 60's.
So I asked her about the "smiths" (names changed to protect innocents, if there are any). She says that "dora" is a wild nut-job and that her poor husband had to start working at a walk-in clinic just to get away from her. Apparently he had retired in his early fifties, but was going nuts staying at home talking to his wife.
hm... everything's starting to make sense.
