In 1972 and 1973, Porsche made two different "T" models, one with MFI (to meet US emission standards), and the other with Weber carburetors (for the ROW 911). If I recall correctly, the "TV" model (indicated by the number 5) is the ROW one with carbs.

In any case, it is definitely not an "E" model, which would have a number 2 in this position. This would be a VIN for a proper English market "T" model (where the original poster is from).
