Best thing to do is trivialize his statements, marginalize him and then quietly put a bullet in the back of his head a few months from now when nobody will hear about it or miss him.

The biggest enemy of a terrorist is making them irrelevant. The objective of terrorism is to create terror. If you're constantly ignored, it's hard to do that.
