AHA! The idea here is that one doesn't spend additional monies on a home just on the thought that the appreciation MIGHT be better than on a home that has everything they 'want'.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
