The "undercover overseas" part makes sense, I saw some of her testimony, and she seemed to be skirting the issue, wasn't sure why. She would only say the outing made her "feel like she couldn't do her job," but wasn't so clear as to whether she was undercover/covert. It seemed like she didn't know.

The other reason they are saying the trial was a sham was because Armitage admitted to the prosecutor that it was he that did it...months before the investigation even began. So even if there were a crime to investigate, he already had the criminal.
