There's a time and a place for everything. Including driving fast. Yes, I've cut it loose sometimes.

Perhaps if the speed limits weren't set for the biggest retard on the planet driving the biggest POS imaginable in the middle of a 3-days-a-year downpour here and were a bit more reasonable, people would be less inclined to "speed" due to the frustration of being forced to drive about 30 mph slower than they can safely/reasonably do 99% of the time - either due to the stupid speed limits or the traffic.

As such, if I get the opportunity and it's safe/reasonable/prudent I go for it.
