You're a unique bird to be a doctor that rides. Most, no all, of my doctor friends think I'm an idiot for getting anywhere near that killing machine. They keep trying to get me to see the merits of golf (so much safer, but boring, plus I still can't get over the red polyester pants with white belt and shoes of the 70s).
Anyway, enjoyed your thoughts/perspective up until the garbage truck part. That comment was probably in jest, but I very much don't believe in things happening simply due to fate.
