Hello. I'm selling and buying right now although I'd prefer to sell first then buy...patience...patience.

One thing I've been wondering about is to what extent real estate deflation impact the used Porsche market. My gut is telling me that a lot of those high priced sales may well have been HELOC (home equity line of credit) enabled. Easy come easy go...

I have an RS-look '72 coupe I'm getting ready for sale and it will bring a price equivalent to what an '87 - 89 Carrera coupe will sell for. Life just isn't fair.
