Abdominal surgery is no joke, hopefully she keeps the ovaries, they will chill out after a while. When someone goes mucking about in there, it angries them up for a bit(ovaries I mean).
Imagine someone squeezing your nuts by opening up your scrotum and grabbing them with a pair of pliers.
It is a big deal for a woman to have her uterus remove, sort of like if someone cut off your penis, kinda alters your self image. Depression after even a partial hysterectomy is pretty common as I understand it.
