well, she's very attractive, but I think that's a bit much. Saying that she's the numero uno is kind of like saying that one particular Porsche, not model, one particular car, is the best car ever. There are just too many cars and too many hot women.
Not to mention that every inch of visible skin in the picture has been heavily smoothed in photoshop.
