Try Early 911S web site. My idea is it could bring north or south of 27k depending on condition. Take a look at this month's EXCELLECE mag as they do an entire section on early 911's. Their prices are low in my opinion but they list an excellent 1971 example at under 26k.
You will definetely get rust questions and receipts and maintanance questions and take a lot of pictures of the good and the bad, Hope that helps.
