lol - that is exactly what i am going to do - since you have to get out of the car to install the boot cover and a towel or something across the window anyway (and this really is important if you want to keep your top in good shape) i figured what is the point of a power top?
however, i believe the top manual has instructions as to how to realign the motors with the cables and such
