I remember the pep band at Louisiana Tech having a blast at a women's basketball game...They were Playing Tennesee, who has a HEAD coach by the name Pat Head Summit...I can't repeat what the band was requesting from the opposing coach, but they obviously rattled her to the point of her asking the refs to invervene. The local TV stations said the band was a large "contributing factor" to the game.
On another note: what if ex-LSU coach Pokey Chatman was to get a job coaching for Virginia Tech? The new fight song could go something like: "You put your right hand in, you take your right hand out" (Hokey Pokey)?
