This is more common than one would think. Idiots.
Here's a quite interesting one:
"While Kenneth Ellimgson, 37, from Missoula, and 280 pounds tried to get into a craft and hobby store he got stuck in a cooling duct and died. Missoula County Coroner's office said he died of positional asphyxiation."
