We have the
RIGHT to bear arms, and I see reasonable limits to kids not being allowed to carry guns while in High School.
You have recruiters setting up tables in the cafeteria so kids can join the military while still in high school, but you would not allow a play about the war if you were the principal?
My boundries and limits are my own, but they are shared by many.
Religion should be kept out of H.S., my old H.S is now 98% Muslim. I would not want to find out they were doing an Islamic play, but would be interested in their take on the war.
Nostatic has said pretty much what I feel about this topic, and I do think this is a serious issue.
