Military recruitment on campus is not intended to promote a political agenda. It is offered as a realistic and honorable option for future employment.
Military service is not for everyone but to my knowledge no one is being forced to attend a recruiting assembly.
If students were required to attend a recruiting presentation, I would object to that.
Forcing a student (force by implication) to perform in a play that makes a statement he/she may disagree with, seems unfair in the extreme. A drama student who wants to perform could only perform or abstain. By abstaining his/her grade may be affected.
