Its common if the windows are not sealing completely with the seals. Take look at the top of the windows from outside the car when they are fully closed and the check the seals around the sunroof. If you see any gaps, then you have the source of your wind noise.

If you find gaps at the top of the windows and are sure the seals are in good (proper) condition, then you will need to adjust the travel of your windows. Its vary simple to do, but you need to remove your door panel to access the two allen head bolts.
