A wire is the only way to go. For a US wire, the bank needs the name, address, account number, and routing number. Its a slightly different for an International wire. Call your bank and find out exactly what they need for an International wire and don't send any other info.

Preferably, everything communicated in some written form so its all transposed perfectly. If one of those numbers gets jacked because of a miscommunication or a language issue then its not going to work.
