The seller should have brought up the applicable discount at the time of sale, if it was in force at the time of sale. That would have been honorable, accomplished the sellers purpose in offering such a discount to a qualifying purchaser, and impressed a customer. And now they don't reply? Who are they? Maybe the same guy who handled your transaction is ash canning your emails. Even if outside the parameters of the discount offer, if you're reasonably close, if you get on the phone, will likely result in you getting the discount. Back at Christmas my father-in-law was 3 days late for a 2 for 1 cashmere sweater sale. He asked for the manager, said he'd buy a dozen if at the sale price, and did.
