I disagree. Parents suffer enough to get kids to age 18. What they do with their own lives after they reach that milestone should be done completely and solely on their own merits. I haven't suffered a bit, not in the least.
How they go to college is their responsibility, we'll make the deal when the time comes.
But I have saved the money...they can elect to take advantage or not. Since we talk all the time, I'm thinking it will all work.
Or it won't. I'm ready for both.
