One of the president's at a company I worked for was named Knut (first name), not a completely uncommon Norweigan name, unfortunately when we published the quarterly report for the stockholders and financial community the printer (supposedly unknowingly) transposed two letters and spelled it Kunt.
They were distributed by mail and shortly after the distribution, the error was recognized. Needless to say, they are very cherished quarterly statements these days.
I believe we changed printers after that as well as a few heads rolling in the HR department whose job it was to proof read the document for spelling and grammatical errors.
