I have the FASTRAX gauge

http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/polpos.htm

It fits easily on my 15, 16, and 18" rimed cars. It is a low cost $125 complete package.

You can also build a set of slip plates with four sheets of aluminum, about 1 foot square, two per side, put oil between them and your on your way for about $20.

For a toe gauge I went to a hardware store and got a long alunimum square tube, and drilled holes in it in the right places and bolted in aluminum bars bent at the tip to emulate the toe gauge from racer parts wholesale, simple, but it works great. be sure to get a thick enough bar so that it will not bend in use, I got a 1/4 thick side wall in a 1" square tube, no issues.

If you are not a do it yourselfer, check out racers parts wholesale, that have inexpensive versions of these as well

be aware once you have all this stuff, your friends will consider you the alignment shop and start expecting you to buy a set of scales, I know mine are....
