I think it did. Its just the point from where the photograph was taken changed from the closeup of the leak. Moved maybe 80-90 degrees counter clockwise in the after picture. Note the palm trees visible in both in front of the office building or hotel. The leak undermined the cofferdam and, "Thar She Blows!"
