depends on tire size and manufacturer's guidelines.
if your running anything close to the stock tires sizes (16's), your 32lbs is probably fine, certainly no more that 35lbs.
more than that, and you'll burn up the center of the tire tread area.
less than that, and you'll eat up the sides.
it's that easy....
