[Chilling in VT]

Thanks guys. I am trying to figure out how to get Johnco up here. But seriously, this happened in broad daylight. I left for work early at about 5:30 am and my wife at 8:30. We were planning on leaving on vacation yesterday afternoon so I left work early at 2pm. So sometime in that 5 hour span.

We have picked up all of the big pieces, tried to figure out what was taken, and generally tried to get on with things. We are leaving this morning for vacation, it will probably be cut short to get back and try to settle things.

You really have a sense of violation when something like this happens. The car fund money is my side of the loss. My wife lost most of her jewelery. It's not really the money aspect that is affecting her. The sentimental thoughts behind the jewelery is the bigger loss. How do you replace the stuff given on anniverseries and birthday's? That's the stuff we are dealing with.
