Mine is 5 drawers in the bottom chest, 4 in the middle chest, 5 in the top chest. I just measured..all closed up, from the concrete floor to the top of the closed top chest lid is 67"...5'7". I'm pretty tall, but now wondering if a wider two chest combo may have been better. All depends on your eye level, I guess. Besides, a small step stool is cheap, right? You're gonna love it...it's such a joy to open a drawer and see the tool you're looking for. Before I bought the rollaway, I was rummaging through piled up tools in a series of smaller chests.
