Yeah I remember taping that vid off VH1 back in the day when all we had were VHS tapes and VCRs.
But that's not an EB-0 Jack has, it's an EB-3. Jack always played EB-3s with Cream. Before he got one, he used a Fender VI Bass, which was basically a baritone guitar, and a Longhorn bass.
EB-0s have one big pickup, whereas the EB-3s had 2 pickups, a large one and a small one in the bridge position. The EB0s had 2 vol/tone controls, and the EB3s had 4 vol/tone controls, with a 4-way rotary switch for changing pickup configurations.

I used to be a huge Cream fanatic, in fact, still am. My parents thankfully never got rid of all their old vinyl albums, and I have Diraeli Gears and Wheels of Fire in my collection. (In addition to old Porsches, I also love old vinyl records.)
