iTunes is not meant to work on a PC. I think the plan all along was to deliver it full of bugs, blaming it on PC, and hoping to get converts like Mike (though he has other requirements).

I've updated iTunes more than 5 times now and it's still a buggy app. At least we can get music on my son's nano but no pictures, playlists, or pod casts. We are not alone. My son's travel baseball team (12 kids) has 3 kids with iPod shuffles/nano's that are locked up or never worked. I recommended they UPGRADE to Anapod b4 tossing the iPods.
