If pot is OK, where will the line be drawn? Crack OK too?
Remember what happend to China in the 1800s when the British smuggled and later tried to legalize opium there. Not good for the host nation. Good for the British though.
I say go the other extreme, punish drug dealing as a capital crime and Drug abuse with detox prison.
