Most pictures I've seen of GT4's in books, the authors didn't like the cars, and I feel they took photos to intentionally make it ugly. I've finally seen and heard one in person, great car! I'd take it over a 308 GTB!

Dave, Dino's where named after Ferrari's son, the road going 206 and 246 models did not carry any Ferrari badges - they where Dino's. This is a Ferrari Dino 308 GT4, they added the Ferrari name when they introduced the car.

Its 70's mate, very 70's.

There are lots of Ferrari's people wouldn't pick out if it didn't have the name on it. The 550 Maranello would be one.

If you are going to buy a modified GT4, this would be more my style.

Things changed on the ebay car that I see, is complete removal of front bumpers !!! Just a mesh screen, the sound system is mentioned - and I would never want a rigged in sound system on a Ferrari of that period. Messing with the electrical system is a no no, and difficulty of trying to sort out problems, and the potential for it creating problems is too high.

I'm not a big fan of the Dino wheels being painted black from their standard metal color.

It wouldn't surprise me if the car had chrash history, and the owner rather then restoring it to original, went cheaper.
