Okay, there are a few things that catch my eye. Others will prolly chime in as well:
1.) Line R0
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.hotsheet.com/
-Is this really your home page? It looks more like a site that some form of spyware would point you to.
2.) Lines R1 and R2 have links that point you to the AOL Home Page. Do you use this page?
3.) These two lines look suspiscious as he11...especially the one with bold text. Look as though you've got some spyware or maybe even a virus messing things up for you.
O2 - BHO: 实用搜索 - {6CFD436C-7AAD-4e50-992F-C0C87A94CAD2} - C:\Program Files\superutilbar\superutilbar.dll

O3 - Toolbar: 实用搜索工具条2.0 - {03465FF5-00AE-411a-9C34-960ED566EC03} - C:\Program Files\superutilbar\superutilbar.dll
If you have AdAware or Spybot, and are able to launch them from the Task Manager, try doing that. If not, run HiJackThis again and delete these lines.
One other thing, in researching this, I've seen quite a few references to the Nimda virus. Go to
Symantec's Website and downlod the Nimda Repair Tool.
