I like the tunnel they are planning for Watt Ave to go under the tracks at Folsom Blvd, that will be cheap 
I wondered what they were doing. I wonder why they chose a tunnel @ Watt and Power Inn, but @ Sunrise they put the train on a bridge. In either case, it did help immensely with the congestion.
