And I hope to be that "incompetent" someday. How many CEOs do you know personally? How do you think they got there?
Take a ride on the clue train - it ain't because they rose to their personal level of imcompetence. Unless you are running a multi-million dollar company or have a direct relationship and understanding of someone that does, don't think you know what is going on.
So many of us sit on the couch and scream at our team when they mess up thinking that we could do better. We couldn't. They get paid millions for something hardly anyone else can do. CEOs are no different.
