I have to admit that I've never taken the "armed services aptitude test".
So if you pass it with a D-, you passed it. Like a "pass-fail" test.
Does not sound so bad when you look at it like that. I think the real test is when you get in, can you make it, can you serve per the training.
The undergraduate program/school I went to has a good reputation. They let in almost anyone and weed them out, taking their money on the way. Kind of a school of second chances and earn your way. I've viewed the military path that way, rightly or wrongly.
