LV Pelicans: Wed. April 25

I will be in LV from the 21st from to the 26th for a conference. It looks like the only night I can break away (I have vendor meetings in the evenings other nights--yay!) is the 25th.
Is anyone available for dinner? I'm staying at the Venetian but I can take a cab anywhere. I've never been in Las Vegas before so I will trust the locals' judgment on a place to meet.
