The temperature dependance suggests the CHT but then you say it has been replaced. Are you sure it is O.K. There are several threads here on how to test whether it reports proper values. You need a DVM and check resistance when cold. That is an easy and quick and dirty check.

Did this "new behaviour" happen at the same time all these parts have been replaced or afterwards? Why do you think you "bumped something loose" Any other incident you forgot to mention.

The only other quick and dirty check is an intake vacuum leak. That would cause poor running, too.
