In 1973 white was to be the 'official Carrera color' of the '73 Carrera RS. The name was changed from Greenland White to the sportier Grand Prix White. It was the 'excluse color' for 1973 which meant it was only available on the Carrera RS and no other models.
Actually the paint code for GP White is 908 and the color code is 2222.
